ABOUT THE COLD SHOULDER CAFE
We are a small cafe/bakery based out of Jordan River on the South end of Vancouver Island. The Cold Shoulder Cafe was founded in September of 2014 by three friends. Today it is owned and operated by one of those friends and his family.
